EULA
Music Licence (EULA)
Creators and channels may use the music. Businesses licence it through VMG Records.
Last updated 17 August 2026
The short version
Creators and channels can use VirtualGhost’s music. If a platform randomly claims your video or stream, email DMCA@VirtualGhost.Live and we will fix it. We can pull that permission from any user or content creator at any time.
This EULA does not cover businesses. If a company, brand, agency, or other business wants to use the music, email music@VMG-Records.co.uk. VMG Records has the channels in place to licence that properly.
What this covers
This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is the creator licence for original VirtualGhost music published on VG Live or on VMG Records (https://vmg-records.co.uk). It is for people and content channels — streamers, YouTubers, clip channels, and similar — not for businesses.
It does not cover the VirtualGhost name, ghost, wordmark, crown, artwork, or full VODs. Those stay under the Copyright page.
Copyright in the music stays with VirtualGhost (and, where relevant, VMG Records). This EULA is a permission to use, not a sale or a transfer of ownership.
Licence (creators and channels)
If you are using the music as a person or content creator, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the covered music in your content — streams, videos, social posts, podcasts, and similar — including monetised creator content.
You may sync the music to picture and audio. You may not claim you wrote or own the tracks, sell or redistribute the files as a music product, register the composition or recording as yours, or use the VirtualGhost brand as if we endorse you.
Using the music as a creator means you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not use the tracks.
Businesses
A business — including a company, brand, agency, shop, game studio, advertiser, or anyone using the music for a product, advert, hold music, or other commercial work that is not a personal creator channel — is not licensed under this EULA.
Email music@VMG-Records.co.uk. VMG Records handles business licences. Do not use the tracks for that kind of work until they have agreed terms with you.
Claims and Content ID
Automated systems (Content ID, copyright claims, mutes, copyright strikes) can still fire on licensed creator use. That is not a ban from us.
If you are a creator using the music under this EULA and you get claimed, email DMCA@VirtualGhost.Live with the platform, the URL of the video or stream, a timestamp if you have one, and confirmation it is our track. We will release, whitelist, or otherwise sort the claim where we can.
We cannot promise a platform will act on our request instantly, or that a third-party sample inside a track (if any) is covered. Tell us if the claim names a different rightsholder.
Business uses are not cleared through DMCA@VirtualGhost.Live. Those go through music@VMG-Records.co.uk.
We can pull the licence
VirtualGhost may revoke this EULA for any user, channel, or content creator at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior warning. Revocation may be by email, a message on a platform we can reach you on, or a notice on VG Live.
From the moment we revoke it, you must stop using the music in new content. You must also remove, mute, or replace it in existing content where the platform lets you do that in a reasonable time. After revocation, claims on that use are no longer something we will clear for you.
Revoking one person’s licence does not end the EULA for everyone else. A business licence from VMG Records is a separate agreement and is not this EULA.
No other promises
The music is licensed as available. We do not promise a specific track will stay up, stay unclaimed, or stay in a distribution library forever.
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their UK home courts where the law requires it.
